Black Screen

I had a similar problem in the past.
Basically, when you 'rebuild your solution' (the server) you create a client for the server using the 'Client Updater'. The problem is, this client cannot connect and so gives a black screen. The reason why your friend cannot connect is because he is requesting this client file from your computer's 'game' directory.
I assume you are using a client outside this directory. Just send him the client you are using to connect, or create a copy of that client and rename it to "AssembleeGameClient201409192100" and place it in the 'game' directory. Your friend will then load the correct client and be able to connect.

I moved to port 82

You only need XAMPP for setting up the MYSQL connection with the database, it does not determine how your players connect to the server. However, I want to tell you, that you should most likely change the server ports as well. Usually, I don't keep Apache on anyways.

Secondly, can you post the general setup of your server.cfg and DM it to me, I am pretty sure you messed up the setup for the file.

When you type the hamachi IP in your browser you request this client file, which is not the same as your main (unless you put it there) one because it was created by the client updater. I really don't understand how this made any of you laugh.

What you trying to do? That client update is shit, why use that? We all use Intellij, and what you said is definitely not the fix, that is what make us laugh (how stupid the answer was).

No, I am not using the client update. When you type onto your browser the IP address, the client is loaded from this directory, that's what I am saying. But when I do want the browser to load the correct client file I copy and paste the correct one into this directory.
