Good VCC for refunds?

Just need an easy-to-use VCC that will allow me to refund stores I've already done with my current addy/debit and that won't bill me if the company decides to bill my refund later down the line.

Doubt most sites will refund you again on same addy.

I tend to use privacy dot com. They connect to your bank account balance, and sometimes do get iffy with larger transactions, but they a. can close your card after the first successful charge b. can disallow charging your card after c. refunds go back on your bank account.
