Nordstorm partial refund

So i ordered 5 itemsfrom nordstrom usa and shipped it to canada.
Order was just under 700.

First time ordering.
1 of the more expensive items i wanted to keep was shipped seperately.

I was going to do partial refund and say i only got the 2 cheaper items .

Can i just return the product that came on its own in store or do i have to ship back to usa for a full refund.
Can i do this before or after i do a partial on the rest of the order when it arrives .

Can't speak to nordstrom but when I had a similar thing happen to me with JD I just returned in store no hassle

mate u can always return for actual refund

if you never try to refund it yes you can just return in store or call them and see if they do online returns
