If his crappy thing needs a Framework, That's some Managed C++ Thing, So here .Net is.

But as he Probably copy pasted it, He won't be able to lower .Net Framework attributes with the original project, And he will then realise he fails.

But indeed, That's probably just an injector or something like this, Some Form App. Who cares anyways ?
