Cannot get avatar to work....

I have a gif avatar and trying to use the choose file option makes it not move, trying to upload from any website doesn't work, even after condensing the image and when I try to do it it says remote file too large, or just doesn't move. Suggestions?

Well, I can kind of see your problem...

You have to have the file on the same dimensions as suggested and/or lower than the suggested dimensions and file size has to be smaller as well.

well as you said yourself the file is too large so you're gonna have to use a different gif or make the quality worse on the gif

Make sure the GIF is under the requirements otherwise MPGH will resize and the GIF will become a static image.

do your gif with the dimensions mentioned

The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 250 pixels or 976.6 KB (whichever is smaller).

uploading it from imgur, its 200x250 and idk how size would matter from a image upload standpoint... idk how to fix it i had it made for me and the guy barely answers because he considers his work done.
