what does a cartographer bot do?

Hi i'm new to mpgh and all this but how do I use this bot? I have a mac and once i unzip the file i just get the textedit app with some jumble of symbols and letters. I tried downloading an AHK alternative but I've never done anything like this so I have no clue what to do. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I've tried putting the code given in the image into AppleScript, but I keep getting syntax errors about the extra comma, etc. (i don't know coding).
