Because that person whose receiving the payment is probably very shady only way stop this kinds of sellers is stop allowing cryptocurrency plus its more difficult to get cryptocurrency than other methods to buy accounts or something. Were letting pretty invisible criminals run loose cause crypotocrurecny is inner connected in some way or form with criminal activity that more difficult to track than the usual ones. Also the exchange does not favor the buyers when trying get hold of this currency cause of fees and etc.

That's a very bad suggestion. PayPal is shitty because a lot of douchbags charge back their transaction - that's why people use cryptocurrencies. To be honest, cryptocurrencies are way more safer then PayPal for sellers.

This is one of the biggest hacking and exploit forums, so naturally scammers will thrive here, that's just how the community is.
Reputation means nothing because someone with good rep could just do a big exit scam the next day and you will never know, but that's the only measure for how trustable someone is whether you like it or not. So why should a seller with an already established reputation risk getting chargebacked by some random like you on Paypal when he could guarantee his money would be safe with crypto?
