Bestbuy replacement return

So, I've done an order from BB ( a phone ). They have sent me a replacement which I want to return, but when I tried to return it at the store, I couldnt cause on the system it says that the replacement phone's IMEI doesnt match with the ORIGINAL ( first ) order IMEI.

Does anyone got the same problem? How can I return it? I dont want to return it via carrier, as I have read lots of thread saying BB sometimes doesnt process the refund..

You have to explain the situation to them and then get a manager to approve it. Also, make sure your invoice matches the phone (and not mixed up with the "DNA" phone).

Yeah, Im gonna do this today. The invoices matches, yesterday I tried to do it, but like I said before, they told me the replacement phone IMEI number doesnt match with the order, so I think the invoice wasnt a problem. Im gonna speak with a manager today and then let u know

mail it back and call them lol

they will refund it manually

Problem solved. It seems the manager must process the refund with another system totally different to the conventional one
