They was never safe, because only the Dead is safe, but you don't get a ban from it.
The Money is Anonymous, the Money Owner is the Host Script, it's "legit Money" for the Game you get and don't have to fear consequences, but there is still a ~60k Limit every ~30 seconds. If you reach this cap you get permanent Transaction Error Messages, thats it.
It's only a Pocket Money Function if you want so

You pretty much need an internal menu to do this, check out Mister Modzz. A lot of people throw shade on the guy, but as long as you cheat responsibly you'll be okay.

This menu works really well, besides the teleporting, but that's what you get with external. if you're looking to stay safe and not risk getting banned, stick to external and use this.

External menus don't work in fullscreen, use fullscreen windowed or windowed mode
