How do you use vehicle spawning feature in the garage im confused?

Used the player model shrink and it crashed my game and when launching it again said "GTAV.exe not found"

Still crashes during use.
About every five or ten minutes, the game still crashes when I use this trainer. What the hell is going on here?

Is there a way to use this menu to put the Lurcher or Franken in your garage?
I remember when you could drive a junk car into the garage and spam the spawn inside of : Franken option in the menu and it would show up as the franken in the garage.
Using this menu was able to get them to appear in the garage but after restarting the game they turn back into the junk cars you replaced.

Here is a list of what functions I use:
Player: Godmode, Off the Radar, Seatbelt, High Jump, No Ragdoll
Vehicle: Acceleration max, Visible Damage min, Gravity max, Traction max, Brake Force max, Godmode
Guns: No Reload, Endless Ammo
This combo regulary crashes my client OR disconnects me from the lobby so I am left alone and have to reconnect. I don't see any pattern in this happening, so I cannot connect to any actions ingame. I'm using Windows 7 x64 Enterprise atm, with windows update active and all recent updates installed.
Okay this was caused by pktbstrA.exe (PunkBuster) that was running in background. Anything runs flawless now that I killed that proc.

how do you know? in your screenshot you're about to start injecting the game using xenos, so probably you get banned caused by another mod menu
