Menu doesnt show up ingame if I press Numpad nor does any other Hotkey seem to work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Do you have numlock enabled?
You have to be in windowed mode and open menu with "-"
So this menu is external right? Which means its hard for R* to detect
yes, i like this menu, only thing i don't understand what do those weapon options do, like batch spread, lockon, muzzle velocity.
