In particular, the many options in the "Weapon" section do not work.
From the "Weapon" section EXACTLY does not work options:
Quick reload - any value does not affect the reload speed
Bullet damage - any value does not affect the firearms damage
No spread - this function should turn off the spread of bullets, but this does not work
No recoil - identically
Weapon Range - identically
Bullet in Batch -...
Batch spread - ...
Muzzle Velocity - grenade from a manual single-shot grenade launcher takes off as slowly as without the option (max value).
Explosive ammo - when automatic rifle shooting, or sniper rifle. Only every fifth to sixth bullet explodes. The other are ordinary bullets.

Tested twice, in single and online. SC version, Win10 Enterprise

works great, bumped my level from 20 to 128 (very risky) and gave myself the 60k limit every time i completed a job and nothing has happened for about 12 hrs. ill keep you guys posted

nah, all good, working like a charm

It won't let me interact with the mod menu, not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's not working for me. It loads up and shows the menu, but my numpad keys don't do anything after it opens up the menu when I tried to test it in singleplayer. The F-keys worked (let me suicide and stuff). I tried restarting the game, restarting the menu several times, ran as admin and without admin on GTA V and the mod menu exe, tried with numlock on and off, still didn't work. I use the NON-Steam version on Windows 10 Pro and it's updated. Game version is 1.44.

Amazing..if u download but got error, use other extract software..i'm use 7zip..so far i tested the menu all good..player menu all good..vehicle menu = good..spawn, teleport, weapon all good..but when activated idle kick, gta will hang after few minutes..hmm..the best thing is i'm messing around the misc menu..other player on the boat and tick no water..haha..and development plus dlc thing..i think these menu is to act like R* and began the event..really nice to be naughty..money ped not work after 1 min..got error..nice job bro..

Played a good long while yesterday with a friend, no problems with just god mode enabled.

Turned super jump on, nothing else, and crashed within five minutes.

Restarted, same method (not running the menu in admin mode), god mode only, no problems.

It's not the end of the world, and maybe I'm the odd one out that's having this problem, but there might be something worth taking a look at here It's especially strange to me as I've used your menus before with super jump enabled with no issues at all.

Holding L over a "Saved Location" does not save it for me and even manually going into the config file to rename and change the xyz position, does not do anything. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fix for this?

Maybe I'm an idiot, but I didn't see any instructions besides keybinds.
Do I just launch this exe and then the game or the game then the exe? Does it matter? (sorry I'm very new to this, hopefully my question isn't annoying.) [I would also like to add that for some reason when I launch it, it uses up to 3.5GB of RAM immediately. If this is normal, which I would highly doubt, that is probably the reason everyone is crashing randomly.]
