Install Driver Booster from google, activate it and install everything what is inside and your problem may be fixed.

For those that say it doesnt work. im having the same problem. It opens but it wont glow the enemys. I figured out that i for some reason have to HOLD F9 for a few seconds. Also after a few rounds my teammates starts to glow aswell.... ^^* Maybe T-800 has some ideas beside the driver booster? bc that didnt worked for me.
