Any time I go to run anything that requires admin permissions it gives me this message. Before there was a yes option and I did something and now there isn't. I could always reinstall windows but why not see if I can fix it first. Microsoft live chat wanted me to buy some premium shit but they don't accept EBT so im sol
Googling every error I got , nothing would work because it won't let me edit any permissions without being admin, I tried opening cmd in shift + restart mode but it asks me for admin id and password .
There’s no premium shit for Microsoft, are you sure your computer isn’t infected by a virus and that you’ve been talking to an Indian scammer?
There is premium , and I literally bought eset smart security yesterday afternoon . Wasn't an indian scammer, I'm not that fucking stupid lmao

Edit: @Blake maybe you created a password from your BIOS?
no, never went into bios , I gave permissions to an account thinking I was getting rid of the uac because if you have admin permissions it doesnt bring up that command prompt each team you install or try to open something..

As for OP I'm afraid you may have fucked up your UAC.
ok so it's not a virus . I was reeally high and I gave some sort of permissions to a standard account. It's kinda like at school when the teacher is admin . when you try and do anything as a student you don't have any admin rights.
I contacted microsoft via live chat. I was explaining all the problems and I was like wouldn't it be easier to just screenshare ,and she was like they have a premium option to where they can do that and figure out what the problem is but I'm not paying them. I said I'll just reinstall windows if anything lmao
I gave permissions to a standard account and it asked me to log out/restart. Once I did that , I didn't have permission to install anything. It lets me opeen steam and play games but anything else that requires admin permissions I just get fucked with no yes option. When I try to do things through shift + restart on windows 10 , it asks me for admin and password but I don't know how to find that out.
so it's looking like a resintall boys?

Go to your BIOS and simply remove the password.

yea, just backup whatever you want to keep
BitLocker has nothing to do with it.
It's just disk encryption provided by microsoft.
What you and many other people aren't understanding is WHEN I DO ANYTHING THAT ASKS FOR ADMIN PERMISSIONS IT ASKS ME IN UAC TO HIT YES OR NO BUT THERE IS NO YEES OPTION
Look at thee screenshots. If I can't download and install a program without admin peermissions what makes you think I'll be able to access uac or anything related to changing permissions ? LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOT
Either way I just reinstalled windows . I'm good now.
