Mpgh is my goto site, sadly polivilas isn't part of it. I've been using their new release for the past couple days and have had great success with it.
Since some might not be aware of the new release, so I've decided to share it here. Be sure to give the creator some love.

Information:
Made for version 1.44.
Doesn't use any natives whatsoever.

Tested compatability:
Win7 SC
Win7 Steam
Win10 Steam

General Instructions

-Run GTAV in Windowed (ALT+Enter)
-Steal a car off the street
-Go into LSC
-Repair any Damage
-Start LSCHax
-Max the vehicle(Use the Elegy option if that's what you're doing)
-Click the LOSS/THEFT PREVENTION tab
-Car will refresh
-Modify the Vehicle if desired
-Apply the tracker(You need to apply the tracker for everything to stick)
-Wait until you get kicked out of the LSC menu, if you don't your game will crash(Vehicle model won't update yet)
-Become an MC & return the vehicle to storage(The vehicle model should now be updated to whatever you changed it to)
-Profit???

If you don't have MC you can drive it to your garage, get out, then go and bring out a different car, then go back in. This will put the car in the garage for you. If you try to drive the modded car into your garage before the model is refreshed you'll just end up crashing your game.

IMPORTANT SELLING LIMITS FOR ELEGY:
Polivilas has given two different estimates to prevent dupe detection which will flag your account and give you a selling limit.

2 cars/hour, 8 cars/30 hours
Or
2 cars/2 hours, 4 cars/24 hours

I'd err on the conservative side. At 760-780k per pop, you really don't need to go too crazy. I see this as more of a safety net anyway, for those times in-between updates or exploits being patched. Just stockpile a bunch up for future use.

Here's some more information for you guys:

Another Elegy Tutorial

1: Steal a random car that can normally be sold (don't steal a supercar, copcar, etc)
2: Drive into LSC. repair car if needed. Move menu down to insurance, but DON'T press enter
3: Load up LSXHax
4: Press 7 for Elegy Max
5: Go back to GTA, press enter on Insurance Menu. Car should change to a gold car with maxed rims
6: In LSAHax, press 6
7: Type elegy, press Enter
8: Go back to GTA, buy the tracker
9: WAIT till it tells you "car can't be modified". Drive out of LSC. Drive to your garage. Don't Drive in. Get out of car, walk into garage. Get in a car that you have in there, drive out. Drive back in. Normally, your new car will be in that garage. But if you're like me and have 8 of them, sometimes you gotta look around for it. (Or use the MC method)
10: Take it back to LSC and sell it. Should get 770k or so for it.

Daily Sell Limit Explained

The Daily Limit for Personal Vehicles is a system Rockstar put into place to limit the number of Personal Vehicles for a certain time period. This Limit works by recording stats as Multiplayer Data on Social Club. These stats are called every time the player enters a mod shop. Depending on certain stats your sell limit could be affected and the game will not allow you to sell Personal Vehicles. Some of these stats include: Times vehicles were sold, Total vehicles sold for a certain time period, Player Exploit level and many more. Selling too quickly and selling too many vehicles are both ways to raise your exploit level and decrease you Daily Limit.

*All times this OP refers to are Real Life times and not based on the GTA Clock.

As far as pure money making methods go, this isn't the top. So not sure why you'd want or need to, but here ya go:

How To Bypass Daily Sell Limit

Steps:
1. Drive your PV into LSC
2. Sell your car and wait until your character spawns outside.
3. Verify that the money was added to your bank account and force close GTA5 and GTAVLauncher or disable your Internet connection the second you spawn outside. You have to do this before the little saving icon appears on the bottom right, which usually takes 3-5 seconds once you spawned outside. When not using the batch file, be sure to have Task Manager running in the background.

Easiest way to do this on PC, would be by a batch-file for which you first need to determine the name of the interface. For Windows 8 or 10 this can be done by using this command:

The actual command for disabling/enabling the adapter by using a batch-file could look like this (replace "network adapter name" with the name the first command gave you, possibly "Ethernet"):

timeout /t 15
netsh interface set interface "network adapter name" admin=enable

The exact time between those commands might be higher or less in order to work correctly.

In order to use that batch file with hotkeys (i am using a G510s keyboard from logitech), you might need another batch file to execute it with the correct admin priviliges. It needs to be in the same directory when using the code below. e.g. the following bat file is excecuted when pressing my hotkey to launch the actual batch file (i named it "Netsh.bat") with admin priviliges:

Alternatively to the above method, open "Networkconnections" in the background and disable the connection by right-clicking on the network-adapter.

When I do the elegy max out then garage hack, then go back to Customs to sell it, its not bodily maxed, and when doing the "max out" option on the Elegy, it doesnt do anything, but if I go manual mode I can bump up the sell price around 100k, any button to do this faster?

Can you explain the 0-999 method for upgrading the car?

Did you directly follow the tutorials I posted? Each elegy should be selling for 760-780k, then you can do option 7(max elegy) again before you sell to boost it to ~850k. If you're not reaching these numbers, then you didn't follow the directions correctly.

If you followed it correctly, can see the car refresh & the model change, and still aren't hitting these numbers, then you might already have a super high exploit level, which lowers the value.

Exploit Level - Sell Value Decrease

A new background script decrease the Sale value of any vehicle if your Peak Exploit Level increased more than 3 up to 7 and it's decreased by the amount of dirty dupes you have.
0 Dupe = 1
1 Dirty Dupe = Sell_Value * 0.5
2 Dirty Dupes = Sell_Value * 0.25
3 Dirty Dupes = Sell_Value * 0.125
4 Dirty Dupes = Sell_Value * 0.06
5 Dirty Dupes = Sell_Value * 0.02
6 Dirty Dupes and more use the same value for 5 Dirty Dupes.
950000 * 0.02 = 19000
That means you have been detected as having 5 Dirty Dupes or more.

No clue what this is. If you mean selling the car for 999k? You should never sell one over 900k.

I have seen that people can be banned due to usage of external hacks as well. Do we have any information about this hack? Do we know anyone who has been banned due to usage of this hack or previous versions of this?

I haven't seen any ban reports, no. If someone abuses it, they know what will happen. There's been enough info circulated to know. Just follow the rules:

Thanks for your answer. I have one more question.
Is it possible/safe to stock up custom elegys that are created with this hack in order to sell them later?
For example;
I want to stock up 50 cars by using this hack in one day. Then I will sell only 1 car per day without using/opening this hack.

Yeah, people were talking about that in a different thread. Should be fine, but I don't know if I'd do 50/1 a day personally. Maybe like 10/1 or 10/2. Make 10, sell 2, stock 8. Selling one at the beginning and one at the end.

Are you following the guide? After you do max elegy, you need to click the loss/prevention tab to refresh the upgrades. The car should turn golden-ish. Then you modify it with option 6 and turn it into an elegy. Then put the tracker on.

Can you fit benny's wheels to non-benny's cars with this program?

When I do the max out with Elegy in customs, nothing happens

If I do the Elegy max out again, it bumps up every visual part by one, so nothing is stock, only "one down" in the list where all options are...weird

Can no longer change the hashes without the game crashing. Was working just fine earlier today.

EDIT: Nevermind, got it to work, just needed to restart my computer.

That part is already done...

I mean AFTER you go into and out of garage, and going back to LS to sell the Elegy Custom one, which is painted gold and that
