Friend failed an ASOS Partial Refund

A friend of mine tried to do a partial asos refund, but it dint work, he had 10 items where 4 didnt come.
He opened a paypal dispute and somehow lost that one too.

Is there any way for him to get his money back?

He could try a chargeback on his card, he might still lose that though if his CC company is shit.

No idea, he showed me his dispute. He told them that he only received half of the items, and that he tried to contact the vendor but couldnt as they blocked him for no reason.
Normally this shouldve worked but for some strange reason it didnt.
Any idea on what to do?

Can't you walk into an ASOS store and get a full refund?

asos been patched for a while now

You can go into a store and return the items for a refund. If they somehow link it to a failed refund, which I highly doubt, just tell them the other packages arrived late and you thought you got cucked.
