Every cheat/hack always as a risk, but so far no one reported being banned using "only" this.
Ofc theres always a chance that "they" are delaying bans for the banwave that occurs from time to time.
As stated in the thread, "Use it at ur own risk."

Still working after months, no ban yet.

make sure refund.exe is there on your task manager, and then you could try these
1. hold and press f9 for a while and then release it
2. press f9 2 or 3 times then wait
3. press f9 once and then wait a lil bit, then press f9 again

after u try all of them and then it works, single press f9 will give you refund aferwards
