Apple Refund

Let's say for example I ordered an iPhone 7, got it delivered, didn't open it up or anything. I then hire some top kek dude on MPGH to refund it, once the order is refunded will the IMEI and serial number be blacklisted? Is this also the same process for macbooks? the serial will become blacklisted?

No, You should do it yourself considering they all (refunders) just live chat or call telling Apple package is empty and the box isn’t tampered. Apple is hit or miss now.

This is for Apple NZ (New Zealand) you think the process will be different for different countries?

you think it might be a better idea for example to make an order on bestbuy then refund it there? then get it over to New Zealand and sell locally?

It shouldn't get blacklisted you've to wait for refund confirmation so you can turn on the device
