Another "Remove 2FA"

Hello, it's been a while since I visited MPGH (roughly a year ago). Thus I had to change password, after that I got prompted with 2FA... whiiich I had forgotten I set up and also forgot to write down the recovery code (New phone as well).
Could you help me get it removed? Account: @Alex
