Deca Email Breakdown

I got hacked last night and sent Deca an email, they said

We are aware that third party software is associated with spyware and keyloggers, so we recommend that you scan your computer and to stop using hacked clients in case you have. Do take note that using third party software is a severe violation of our ToS and may lead to a suspension of your account.

Do they know I'm hacking? Can they ban me without actual manual proof and is it safe to continue to use hacks or will Deca be watching my account now?

By ToS they can do whatever they want.

Normally, they need actual proof and will NOT ban your account. You can use hacks, just be safe about it. I would wait 2 or more days after a client is uploaded to use others as guinnea pigs now.

They shouldn't ban you for requesting a password reset of the sort, even if they know it was from using a hacked client. Too many cash cows are hackers for them to ban without thinking. Game would go spiraling down.

So you should be fine as long as your account is still okay (you have the password and shit).

by ToS, you can get banned for any reason at any time without notification. Yes they know you are probably hacking, but do not have 100% proof of it. They could ban you for the reason of "string cheese" if they wanted to.
