DLC Unlocker not working

DLC Unlocker not working
Hi. I tried the dlc unlocker last night and i unlocked all dlc's, then i wanted to go to the new version of steam and i deleted the steam.cfg file and then ran steam, after that all dlc's dissapeared so i went again on the syteam old version and repeated the same process but now i only unlocked the dlc with "the shape". the rest i can't unlock. Can someone help me?

If you did it first time it's working and you know it only you did a mistake. Reinstall steam and try again

Do not roll back steam to its newest version, you have to play on the old steam version, at least that is how it is for me.

Playing on the old version is fine, the dlcs cost are pretty high its definetly worth using and old version alongside with steam crack
