Hey , i want to start learning C++ , From 1/10 how important is math ?? (15 years old)

What counts as math for you? The knowledge of Elementary School is should enough.
An FPS Game Dev must propably know more math then a dev for an EMail Client for example xD
But i would say if you can add, sub, mult and div, you are good to go.

Exactly what Mike said, if you're going to get into game development then a fundamental understanding of math is preferential but certainly not mandatory. You can pick up a lot of the knowledge on the go so long as you're willing to invest time in learning it. Any other kind of development you can probably get by with just basic understanding.

No math needed, what is 9+10? Mike is right.

no math is needed but to do anything useful with programming theres always going to he a mathematical aspect to it.

Ok This is how I see it It depends on what you are planning to do later on game development for example requires allot of math knowledge physics and stuff because they must know the correct balances, how far someone jumps stuff etc but like a mobile software developer will require not much as math. Programming is just knowing concepts

I am actually studying C++ with books and some videos( Lots of functions and vars, obviously). Although, managing memory in c++ is a pain but, once you get the basics down you can do a lot with it. You can learn a lot of C++ in a year. Also try to make little programs of those and remember the concepts, not just remember the code.

You'll most likely be going to use a math library of some sort which does all the busy work for you..
Otherwise, google is your best friend and there's no need to not get into coding because of your math skills.
