I hade the same problem go to this link msvcr100.dll free download - DLL-files.com download it put it in your nexon ca folder but its patched lol when i get to login it dc`s
didnt work it said this "This Application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not round.Re-installing the application may fix the problem". wth do i do??

Figured out the dll problem go to site that technine put up and put the dll in system32 and sysWOW64.
it work after putting the dll file missing but then it dc you after a few min
