how to open a CC with flash

the download for CC is a page not a zip or sumn, so i cant open it, WAT DO I DO??????

I responded to your post on the CC release forum but to repeat myself, get 7zip to open the rar file and get the actual file out of it. After getting it out rename it and add a .swf at the end of its name.

Atleast on Windows 10, just select your Flash Projector when asked what program to open the file in.
