Hidden Overlay?

Is there any hidden overlay config file or any way to hide the Survivor names, obsession claws, player status pic, status effect, repair/healing progress bar? like I've tried in all configs to do HideAllOverlays=True but that didn't work as in most games... Is there anything to do to make it more cinematic?

I think you can remove the images from UI idk. i did't try...
