yup it is very buggy

You're always taking a big risk when using public cheats.

But you can mitigate this risk to a certain degree. If you want to be really safe, don't use a cheat that is older than a day. 2 days is still somewhat fine. After that you should really be looking to either find a new cheat to replace it or get the updated version. This is for your protection against VAC, it's up to you to avoid an Overwatch case.

With this said, it can still be very random with how VAC gets people. I've played an entire day with a 4 day old cheat without getting banned yet got banned using a day old updated version of the same cheat. Just keep in mind you're taking a risk, that's all.
