thats how you do it, get them to click a ip grabber or host your own website make it look like a diffrent website, put a ip grabber on it, get them to go it to get the IP. then buy a booter (LOIC densest work) then boot away
If they're streaming it should be alot easier. They're streaming through twitch and that to your network. Iv'e seen methods but never have tried. There's still hope
