Savefile could not be read.

After using SAM to edit my killer rank. I went and played a game, but then I got disconnected and it said "Could not read playerlevel, please try again" and when I restarted DBD it just said Savefile could not be read.

Does this mean my savefile is corrupted? And if so, is there any savefile I can replace it with? (too lazy to do everything again)
