Help❓ What do I do to open a service?

I saw you needed some requirements to open a GTA recovery service shop. Could someone list it out for me?

Thanks

I have a menu, and all the stuff needed, just my thread keeps getting declined ;-;

I believe theres certain requirements such as proof u can mod etc but dont quote me on this.

How about ask mpgh admins directly or read up the requirements. Im sure you missed out something.
