Do I need EAC bypass for lagswitching?

You cannot play killer with this bypass, and so you shouldn't need a bypass for a lagswitch.

I can get banned for LagSwitch right?

You can get soft banned if you use your brain and don't trigger an EAC ban, at 2nd soft ban stop and you will be good
