Tons of refunders for this but I think your choices are bestbuy,target, costco and walmart

Target will probably be the easiest, just look for a refunder that does target

no it isnt. most refunders dont do double dips. but refunding one should be no prob. got one a few months ago.

Gamestop I can easily double dip assuming on few instances. Target I don't think ill be able to ddip.
