Question regarding playing rotmg

So i broke my main laptop for school, so now i have to use my editing rig to play rotmg, should be enough in theory. 4gb of ram and a decent processor with chrome 56 = like 60 fps, i dont use hacks, but i didnt know where else to go other than here. basically when im playing the game away from a event in the realm, my game runs fine, no lag, no nothing, but as soon as i get somewhat close to a herm, sphinx etc, my game begins to blackbox, and then proceeds to crash and send me to main menu. I have decent internet, enough to play rotmg as i played it all before my other computer crashed.

any help is appriciated thank you!

I would suggest using 059's hacked client: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1390754

You can continue playing the game normally like you always do but you can use further options to reduce lag even further with the client.
Its pretty obvious that your laptop can't handle a lot of action/players on the screen at a time so this is your best bet on how to remove the lag and crashes.

the problem is whenever i try and run his client, my flash player wont even load it.

usually this is from not having the location trusted in flash. as flash is opening right click, go to GLOBAL settings, advanced, Trusted Location Settings, Add..., I usually add my desktop folder so any .swf on my desktop is trusted. the sub folders should be trusted as well.

is cc as good?

Yeah using a hack client really helps

Just use 059's client for now, it would help out.

right click, go to GLOBAL settings, advanced, Trusted Location Settings, and add your C drive.. So where ever you place the client you can run it.

New crazyclient was just released. Try using that with flash projector 18. Set flash projector quality to low, and in the options hide players and pets. Should help performance a lot.

My question is why the editing rig only has 4GB of ram
