Will they block a refunded phone?
Thinking of getting a Samsung S9+ through the site that can't be named and having it refunded. Will they block the IMEI once that's been done? Does this apply to all refunded phones?

As far as I know, google and iphones don't get block/locked after refunded, safe to sell but I prefer you'd sell locally.
No but I've heard that they put the serial in some database that pawn shops are able to access if you ever decide to sell it to those kind of stores. Can't tell if it's 100% true tho
