Lost 2FA
Hello, My account is YWIcloud and I have lost access to it. I forgot I had 2FA and I have recently moved to Spain.
I have access to my email access but when I try to login it asks me to enter a code and I no longer have access to my 2fa app since I changed phones and phone number by moving from Dubai into Spain. I'm no longer able to recover my 2fa I was using authy and I have no option to unless I have recovery codes in which I do not. How can I restore my account?
You can log in to Authy using your email. This will transfer the App over to your new phone. Should be able to use 2FA then.
