Bypassing Restriction

I've been hardware banned and IP-banned.

I've tried West Beginning V2 multiple times, I've tried the 3 manual guides you can find in the top section. All of them end in the same way, server side error or instant restriction.

It might be a lost cause but does any kind soul have a way of bypassing this restriction?
I got banned for multi-accounting, and I also haven't tried buying a new HDD but I find that as a last resort and I don't know if that is necessary yet. My pc is currently just a contaminated pile of electronics.

Use hqOsu and VPN or:
1.Change HWID, MAC, UninstallID
2. Restart your PC
3. Enable VPN.
4. Register new account (Do not forget to delete cookies)
5. Enjoy.

For me i changed my router IP,UniqueID,HWID,MAC Address and UninstallID and it's works
