You are not going to get a refund. Supreme doesnt really care that much to be giving out refunds for items. Last season it took them 8 weeks to ship my order and there was 0 things that supreme would do for me after waiting that long.

Only got refunds for returns and I had to go to the store in new york. They have a strict policy.

Not possible, too many people would abuse their system and cry out for refunds after spending $100 on something lol.

all the people here are right but still wrong, you can get a refund just you'll get a refund from UPS not from Supreme. you need to say DNA and then supreme will call UPS make a ticket then after a week or so UPS will refund you the money. just remember this IS a carrier invest so if you had past carrier invests then don't do it
