Galaxy skin Tab S4 method patched?

Hello,

So as you guys know Fortnite checks IMEI numbers to see if device is eligible for the promotion. However tablets without cellular do not have such a thing which allowed people to redeem galaxy endlessly. I've heard this method has been patched, if that's true - has anyone found out a work around?
I'm assuming now it checks for HWID

I still see people selling skins on eBay, not sure if they found the solution or perhaps they just don't know about the patch yet

Man.. just as i was ready to start selling on eBay, they had to patch it

maybe people are selling it because they don't play the game and they wanna make some money back, not everyone has a method for this. plus, mobile phones don't use HWID since it's pointless. you can't find if the device is real regardless.

Someone got a tab S4 and he tried to redeem the skin for me and him and I didn't get it after trying 2 times, so yea I think it might be patched

Also, since IMEIs are pretty much a devices' identification number (and it is illegal changing it) I can see why they check for it now so it won't endlessly redeem it.
