Apple refund gone wrong

So I recently placed an order for an Iphone X however I got an email asking me to confirm the order via phone call. Will this affect the possibility of a refund failing, using a refunder from this forum.

lmfao, i love the title. No this wont affect anything dude. Call them up and let them know you placed the order. Do as your refunder says afterwards(Probly fake sign, etc etc) and youll be fine.

Just did and they said they need to do a security check with another department since they don't get 'many orders'. Don't fuck with apple aus
