Foreign Mobile Phone Number

Hey

I would like to have a US mobile phone. Or at least a number. I searched in Google but I didn't find any great opportunities. I would make calls and send SMS too. Is there any virtual site where I can buy a phone number and use it or I have to buy a SIM card?

search for call forwarding services. you can search them on google and some of them are also free. you can use them from the phone app and that would be it. but that works only via internet.
