Can you box apple?
So my refund got denied (at random)

I really don't feel like having to return this piece of shit, so can I just box them? Has anyone done it? And if I close my bank account after I get the funds/money back in my account what would re-bill look like?

Any advice that you guys have would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

is there any proof of this? If i match the exact box weight when I ship it theoretically they'd have to prove that I sent it like that, and someone didn't swap it out for rocks, dry ice etc.)

with apple it really doesn't matter, its been 50/50 ive used product not in box on an Ipad pro and it got denied, I asked on null.ioⓘ and I was told just to return and try again, I tired the same exact thing again, Ipad pro saying product was not in its box and It got accepted, I did use a new addy but I never refunded apple in my life on either address before this.

well legally apple does not have to refund if they do not get the item back regardless if its stolen or not. if they do not have the item in hand they have the right to refuse the refund.

I'm just a little confused on what you said. So you returned the item after your failed refund, and then tried again with all the same details other than the address?

Gotcha. So you're saying they'll have fufillment potentially check and see if the actual product arrived once it shows returned.

yes apple will look to see if the item was sent back before they will even think to refund you, im sure they do it to check if the item is still working so you dont break it and just return it saying you just dont need it anymore.

yes I returned the item in store at my local mall and they didnt seem to think anything was fishy that I had an ipad that I said was not in the box so im not sure if they had access to that information. on all refunds I use a VCC (in case I get re-billed) so the card was not the same number and the name I used was not the same either. but thats just basics to refunding if you retry use new info. unless its like logitech they are dumb with everything.

Where are you getting a VCC with that large of an amount on. And isnt apple notorious for not processing orders with a VCC - dont you usually have to have all real info attached?

My refund was a 4k laptop so I have no clue where to even get a VCC that allows that amount lmao.
