Hey,

I need my older account informations back, I was not on MPGh for quite some time and I cant remember my password.

The name was @awesomeraphi and the email was awesomeraphi11@web.de, but when im clicking "Forgot Password" it tells me it sent an email to reset the password but i dont get any email.

I hope someone can help me.

Made the system send a password reminder. Make sure to check any spam folders or filter lists.

web.de blocks our emails, that is why you aren't receiving the email

Sent you an email (name is something stupid like reefxsd csdfcfdscfds but mail is awesomeraphi11@web.de)

I agree with fuck web.de, but thats what i used back then. Would change it, but i cant without logging in lol

@Liz @Dave84311 I got an email with a new Password now, but for the wrong account. THIS account here is one i created to get back the login details from my old account. The old accounts name was awesomeraphi and email was awesomeraphi11@web.de, but i got my password reset for this account (ReicherRaphael, awesomeraphi@googlemail.com).

Maybe Liz understood this wrong and Dave didnt read my email yet, i cant see at what time i got the email

Nope, I was the one that changed the account name to mention, and have not dealt with this after Dave intervened.

Yeah i know, i'm not attacking you or anything, just wanted to make clear what i mean, especially because im not natively english speaking and always try to make it understandable for everyone.

Check your private messages, sent you a new temporary pass. Recover the account, change the email and pass, and post here with it, please.

Changed the password, cant change the email, as my current email is connected with the new account (ReicherRaphael), but you can delete that account and then i'll change the email for this account

We don't delete accounts. You're gonna have to use a different email.

Hey guys.. I know i'll sound retarded but i forgot the password again and got the same problem, not receiving an email, could you help me out again? Maybe just email (awesomeraphi11@web.de) me a temp password, if you dont trust me that i'm me (if you understand what i mean lol). @Dave84311 @Liz

I also sent an email to dave84311@mpgh.net following his earlier instruction
