I don't know if EAC detected this tweak.

Add this line :

r.LandscapeLODBias=0.5 ;
foliage.MaxTrianglesToRender=10000 ; Removes bushes/trees/rocks
r.MipMapLODBias=15 ; Low quality ground texture.
foliage.LODDistanceScaleGrass=0 ; Removes Grass
