Hello.
If i will use bypass to edit saves on my second account, and then will play without bypass on my main account, when devs will ban my second account, can i get ban on my main account? (because it will my 3th ban).. i think, they can't get my hwid without eac?

Simple. Don't hack on your main account if you wish to keep it. If you get your second account banned, your main will be fine unless you cheat and get caught as well. I don't know how preventing the devs from grabbing your HWID works, but I'm fairly certain it doesn't work as simply as bypassing EAC.

Dude if you hack and then play without bypass you won't get banned by eac. But after you deleted the bypass EAC will get your hardware components and you can get mannualy banned by the report team

They have your HWID once the moment you accept the terms condition of the EULA. If you HWID banned and log in any dbd accounts on that pc, all accounts will get banned.

That's correct, a ban across multiple accounts

I write that i want only hack from hwid banned PC, then i will play from my not banned PC.
