Hello everyone, I am doing Logitech for UE Boom 2. I got a reply after 7 days, which was shocking. They are asking for a couple information,

1. Product P/N Number
2. Product M/N Number

WTF is that?

Also, any tips for being successful with this?

you dont need to give them just give the SN

but it stands for part number and model number
