Fortnite AR method question

actually not sure if this is the right section but:

Just curious if anyone has information about the AR method, just came on here to find someone that is selling and people are saying its patched, wondering if it'll be patched forever, and are there any other methods?

I'm still seeing shops are open not sure if they found a second way to do it

There are other ways still just that not used as much as ar as they take longer to make profit per sale
