Recently SE'd a charge 2, when I received it. The Fitbit's firmware was out of date making it not possible to pair it to any device to even update it. Any help? Thanks

How about SE Fitbit again? But this time you're not lying. Contact them saying ur shit is broken and you wanna return it for a working tracker... Which they will.
They will send you a FedEx label and send out a new device like a week after it gets delivered to their warehouse.
