Somebody can make a speed hack like the one in Cheat Engine?

What it does? It multiplies the speed of the game (so you reload more quickly, you fire more quickly and you run faster)


I try on games like Far Cry 2, Borderlands, Fallout 3, etc.. And it worked pretty well!
