well i read the sticky, im just wondering, what ALL can learning to program/code do for you? like what things other than hacks comes from coding and such, and how come in the programming part there are like 10 different things c+ ors omething than java and all these others ones, which is best to learn and why, and how long do you think it will take to make just a real real simple hack even a 1 thing hack, and i mean yourself i know a lot of people who copy and paste the codes, but is that how your suppose to get it? or are you suppose to no exactly what to put from scratch
Well, some people choose some languages over depending on what they want to progam. You obviously can't code in assembly if you're given a short amount of time to make a nice and sleek program since it isn't really 'time efficient'.
If you want to make hacks I suggest learning C++, assembly would be a good choice since it will help you understand what goes on during execution. Plus, most people write their hacks in C++ so it'd be easier on your side, if you run into a problem you could just look up some source code in the language you're coding in. So yeah, I'd recommend C++ for hacking.
I don't know why people use languages like VB over C# but as far as I know it's the same thing, from this point it's all about preference. I'd probably go with C# since the syntax is nearly exactly the same as C++.
I'm not too familiar when it comes to programming in general, maybe someone else can give you a more in depth explanation of why people use some languages over others.

Wtf is with this "start with easier languages", I started from C++ and it wasn't THAT hard that I wasn't able to understand a thing. Start from whatever you want to start with, don't limit yourself.

As for how long it would take u to make a hack. It depends what u mean by make. Compiling someones code may take u all of 20 mins. Learning the language may take a few months. Understanding enough to create a hack from scratch would take much longer, but luckily there are resources out there to learn from if u take the time to understand them instead of simply compiling them and praying that they work.
To put it short so I can get a word in, it depends on your interests and what you're interested in doing.

Don't start learning C++ for hacking start learning C++ for the C++. it is worth it if you like it and you probably won't even get to the hacking part
