Partially works this. Since each hardware ID is unique. CPU / GPU / MOBO / RAM / etc. You can slightly evade the change by changing the HDD / SDD but your logs for the rest of the IDs of your hardware are registered in the EAC servers.

So that:

1) if you are reported, they will thoroughly check your DbD user account and the logs you have had. If any of them appears within the banned ID (part of your pc), you will be banned for Ban evasion instantly.
2) From time to time they perform an inspection of accounts and logs. I imagine that at least in each patch or each month. So you will be detected again even if you have only changed the HDD / SDD for the previous reason.

There is a project on GitHub to make an ID Spoofer, it is open source but it is still very alpha phase. In the future you can help against the HWID Ban.
