I can suggest you a solution but it's a hit or miss.
After your order gets cancelled just go to the chat support and explain then the issue with the order number. The rep will tell you to wait 30mins and order again the same item with the same address and payment method. Basically, they will manually review your order now instead of bots. So you can expect your order to go through. If it doesn't then I don't know how.
VCC's don't play a big role in this. Even if you use a gift card code, the order might still get cancelled. Gods knows how their shitty system works.
